Springime in here! In addition to Dogwoods, Cherry Trees, Red Buds, and Forsythia blooming, grass is turning green, and temperatures are finally getting comfortable. We can start wearing shorts on the weekends and look forward to a welcoming break from the high gas and/or electric bills (well at least until Summertime).

Real Estate activity starts picking up during this time of year. The overall PENDING sales for the 13 Metro Atlanta county areas are up to 9,840 as of March 15, 2011. While Pending Sales are up (on average) about 10%, pricing volume is down (on average) about 10% versus March 2010. High peak shopping and purchasing months include March – June.
